You may park TikTak cars at Metropolitan Municipality parking areas. You will earn 10% extra TikTak Points on the parking fee you pay when entering or leaving these parking areas.
If the car you are renting is in one of these car parks, upload a photo of the parking receipt you paid when you exit the car from the "Upload Parking Receipt" section on the active driving screen.
If you are ending your rental in one of these car parks, upload a photo of the parking receipt from the "Upload Parking Receipt" section on the active driving screen while your rental is still in progress. If you pay for parking after you have finished your rental and locked the car, you must upload a photo of the parking receipt from the "TikTak Expense Claims" section of the Contact Us form on our website. If you were not charged for parking, you must leave the parking receipt inside the car, visible through the window, on the dashboard, so that the next user can pay.
Toll fees applicable for the rental period will be calculated based on the number of bridges and highways used during the journey. The fee may be collected along with the rental fee or else separately from your credit card.
You may travel to other cities by car although you must remember that you may not conclude the rental without bringing the car back to the service zone.

- To hold a B class driving license issued by the Republic of Turkey for minimum one year,
- Not to suffer from any sanction for seizure of driving license by competent authorities during the last one year,
- Not to be involved in more than two accidents due to your own fault during the last one year,
- Reside in Turkey,
- Hold a valid credit card which is eligible for online shopping with sufficient limit,
- Have a smart mobile phone with iOS or Android operating system.
